• Sacramento homebuilder. Designed, developed and built over 150 homes in 13 infill subdivisions in Sacramento, Roseville and Folsom.
• Property inspection and construction consultant. Perform pre-purchase building inspections for buyers and real estate agents. Mediate construction disputes between contractors and clients. Serve as expert witness in construction legal proceedings.
